Main Responsibilities:
1.Ensure integrity of SGT database; prepare the monthly SGT report; tracking of SGT membership and Liaise with IT department for ERP system maintenance.
2.Manage customer/SGT members through various communication channels; send out marketing collateral through various distribution channels.
3.Reward SGT members who patronize simply outlets; assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and analyze SGT report and suggest appropriate actions.
4.Database Expansion & Categorization.
5.Seek appropriate partnership to give extra benefits for SGT members; Implementation of redemption point system.
6.Plan SGT budget with PR manager; Record & report expenses to Finance Department.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.Proficient in both English and Chinese Language (Written & Spoken)
3. customer service experiences, VIP Service and F&B experience will be highly prefered.
4.Mature and able to work independently with self-initiatives;
5.Good communication, analytical and organizational skills.
