Our preferences of candidates are:
- Able to do the internship for half year, 4 days / week. Since we need to invest a lot of time and effort on coaching the intern, we prefer some one who can work stable with us.
- Strong interest in Training, and other HR topics.
- A fast learner, interested to learn and grow, especially learning from other people.
- Has some working experiences, such as project with supervisor in some companies or internship. Must obtain common sense.
- Good interpersonal communication ability.
- Service-oriented, committed to work, and also care about details.
