上海吉瑟盟贸易有限公司为一家国际采购公司，专销欧洲加拿大。现急聘一名精通英语或法语的助理，负责协助外籍采购经理在中国的工作，九月初开始工作，请寄中文和英语简历。
职位要求：
1、精通英语或法语， 听、说、读、写俱佳；
2、一年以上工作经验，英文或法语专业的应届生也可以，但需要有一定的沟通和商务能力；
3、熟练电脑操作、熟悉各种办公软件；
4、性格外向,工作主动性强；善于学习，逻辑思维严密；善于沟通，工作认真负责。
5、工作地点：吴中路虹梅路。
职位描述：
1. 担任外籍采购经理的助理，协助其在中国的工作；
2. 对各类文件进行索引、更新、维护和管理；
3. 负责公司其他日常行政事务。 　
4. 大专以上学历（应届毕业生亦可），
5. 性格开朗，具有良好的待人接物能力。
