Responsibility:
1. Opens bank accounts, prepare timely payments to various suppliers, and reconcile bank account balance on a monthly basis;
2. Verify and reimburse employee expenses;
3. Assist in ensuring the end of month processing is complete;
4. Input accounting entries in SAP systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data capture;
5. Archive and documentation in Finance department (vouchers, invoices, journals and other documents);
6. Handle some ad hoc tasks.
Qualification:
- Above College Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Good English reading and writing ability, familiar with MS office
- Accounting experience and solid working experience in multinational companies is an advantage
- SAP knowledge will be preferred

- Good team player and eager to learn
- Detail Oriented
