The role of SW Engineer is to implement the SW features and maintain them.
1.Communicate with Requirement manager to finalize requirement
2.Estimate the effort and commit to it
3.Feature implementing
4.Create SW design document
5.Create Unit Test spec for features
6.Report progress to project leader
7.Fixing bugs
8.Disciplinary reporting to SW Manager or Senior Manager
Requirement / Qualification:
1.Knowledge and experience of C, C++ and also OO concept
2.Knowledge about software development processes
3.Experience in mobile software MMI development
4.Experience with RapidPLUS software environment.
5.General knowledge of Mobile Phone technology (GSM, GPRS, WAP, SMS, EMS, MMS)
6.Results and change orientated
7.Customer focus
8.Team work oriented person
9.Good English capability
精通RadpidPlus软件，使用时间达6个月以上，熟悉C，C++，英语读写流利，工作地点：北京
