Job Description
•Taking phone calls in providing our courteous TAC service
•Verify service contract information provide by end-users
•Liaison with other TAC centers
•Preparing Excel reports on the list of cases
Working Hour
•1 day shift (12hours) + 1 night shift (12hours) + 2 days off, slightly difference in weekend.
•No weekend. Expected to work on holiday occasionally to relief the GCC team
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor degree.
Preferably major in the computer and networking related subjects.
At least 1 year experience in secretarial works and preferable also have some telephone handling skills.
Good organizational skill and communication skill. Ready to accept tasks and direction from different managers.
