Job Description:
* Work with CCM to coordinates the support issues of the Customer Care Center of WealthCraft corporate.
* Monitor the SLA of customers and provide service accordingly, perform incident management and task assignment, follow up and analysis.
* Work efficient with dynamic teams based in HK and Mainland to satisfy customers.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor in computer science or business management.
* 2-3 year’s customer service experience in IT industry is preferred.
* Familiar with Microsoft office system
* Excellent language abilities, can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English (written and verbal) fluently.
* Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.
* Customer service oriented, good planning skills, can work under high pressure.
* Good ability in task priority and time management.
* Call center operation experience is preferred.
