职责描述:
Job Purpose: Ø; Manage partner relationships to facilitate effective acquisition of customers through partners’ sales outlets Ø; Accountable for the number of new customers acquired through partners’ sales outlets Key Responsibilities: Ø; Build and manage a strong relationship with partners’ sales outlet staff Ø; Train partners’ staff on the banks’ product and motivate them to provide customer referrals Ø; Track partner performance including referrals and commission payment Ø; Plan and execute activities with partners that will promote the SCB brand and its product Ø; Meet set targets & objectives
经验与技能:
Ø; Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent Ø; Prior experience in sales or dealing with external relationship preferred Ø; Excellent bilingual written & spoken communication skills Ø; Strong interpersonal skills Ø; Working experience as travel agency, ticket agency and hotel sales preferred
