职位描述/要求： 职位描述： 管理和维护客户的移民签证信息，日常部门行政工作如扫描，归类等助理及相关工作处理客户的移民签证申请相关文档的整理，归类与系统存档协助处理安居服务部门的档案管理和相关文件的准备和客户保持紧密联系 职位需求：

6.熟练使用Office软件Immigration AssistantManage and maintain client visa and immigration information.Deal directly with the client / agent / transferee to obtain all relevant paperwork relating to the individual immigration.Assist in the filing and administration of immigration and other relocation department administrationAssist colleagues in other Santa Fe offices as and when needed.Follow up immediately on any client questions.Requirements:
1.Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
2.Very prudential, patient and mature
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills
4.Can work under the high pressure and calmness.
5.Service Oriented.
6.Familiar with Microsoft Office software package.
