职位描述/要求： China office Master sample room management including sample receiving, recording locating, stocking, maintaining and distribution activities.Responsible for the improvement of master sample management system in China office to make sure all updated master samples in the WSM headquarter sample room, China sample room, QA and suppliers’ hands are under control. Interact with W/S sample clerk to make sure all updated master samples will be in the right place for the right people in a timely manner.Check the master samples approval status in WSM Head Office to make sure all of them are correct before the releasing of them to QA and suppliers.Distribute the ECN to related suppliers, QA and China Engineers, close it by PO number.Download and sending the drawing to related suppliers, QA and China Engineers per requested.Mail sending & receiving management, making sure all mails can be sent and received in time.Test room management, making sure all engineering tools and measurement equipment are under good control.Assist to set up and make improvement to the document control center in China office with the help from both China and US engineers.Establish a good system of the product spec management including document control, management, copy, distribution, use and callback disposal for product drawing, specifications, ECN of the company.Help QA associates and suppliers to get, manage, update and dispose documents from Liberty. Assist to collect all company industrial related standards, laws, rules, regulations and engineering design handbooks from every discipline, making sure all of these files are under control.
