Job Responsibilities
- Overall consolidate workforce planning and recruitment budget.
- Report openings and recruitment status timely.
- Ensure JD book complete and valid.
- Negotiation with external service (headhunter, consultancy, etc) and central file the contract/documentation.
- Posting opening over internet, new paper, etc.
- First screening and forward candidate resume to functional HR managers.
- Centralized order to headhunter and processing payment.
- Develop and implement creative and effective sources/channels of recruitment.
- Continues development on selection process and implementing effective assessment tools.
- Lead campus recruitment project, internship scheme and management trainee as required.
- Address to any assignment by immediate superior.
Requirement for the position
- University degree or above.
- 3 years and above HR experience as the role of leading recruitment/staffing function.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills.
- Proficient at MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proactively identify needs and issues, creatively problem solving with cost consensus.
- Must be able to work in tough environment and under with great Pressure.
