Hiring Dept: OPM (Overseas Project Management)
Position: PMG Assistant & Report Coordinator
Internship Duration: at least 1 year
Job Descript_ion:
1. Support PMG Director based on requirement such as file preparation, arranging business trip, reimbursement and so on;
2. Deliver VP's requirements to project leaders and follow up the project leaders’ performance;
3. Arrange PMG staff meeting every Monday and draft the meeting minute;
4. Collect weekly report, MPRM material and EPA material according to the request;
5. PMG daily admin management.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above
2. Language ability: Fluent in written and oral English
3. Computer skills: Good in MS office, particularly excel, PPT
4. Others: Hard working and self-starter, careful and analytical skills, teamwork spirit.
