Foreign Company (UK) is looking for a pro active personal assistant to work in its Shanghai office.
Responsibilities: Provide professional projects coordination, assistance and secretarial support services to the Products Manager. Prepare business meeting, collect and organized data related to new products, act as coordinator and focal point with the different suppliers and take care of trip plan arrangement.
The Ideal candidate:
University Graduate, preferably from a foreign University
Minimum 1 year of experience in a foreign company.
Disciplined, organized and self motivated
Excellent English both in oral and writing
Excellent Mandarin both in oral and writing, understanding Cantonese is preferred
Good knowledge in Ms Office specially Excel.
