Job Duties:
• To handle DSF administration work including filing, faxing, correspondence, and paper work;
• To assist cluster head in providing outstanding customer service and pick up customer’s phone call & answer customer’s simple enquiries when DSF colleague is busy;
• To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service.
Job Requirements:
• Strong sense of responsibility & Good attitude;
• Be careful and quick to ensure the work is closely followed and completed in time;
• Bachelor degree, good spoken & written English;
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Nice personality and presentable appearance.
