Key Tasks
In general participate and support that Danfoss AC reach the Supplier Quality targets, with the specific responsibility to drive the improvements in China & Asia for all AC factories.
Identify quality issues with responsible purchaser and SQA
Corporate with SQA´s (Supplier Quality Assurance) across AC
Establish general continuous quality improvement plans for suppliers
Role out Quality Agreement for suppliers
Introduction
Acceptance
Implementation
Evaluate new suppliers and regular evaluate suppliers
Quality Management System
Environmental
Code of Conduct according to UN Global Compact
Follow up on corrective actions
Support purchasers when screening for new suppliers.
Qualifications
Lead auditor examined in ISO9001 according to IRCA or similar accredited auditor (International Register of Certified Auditors).
Lead auditor examined in ISO14001 according to IRCA or similar accredited auditor (International Register of Certified Auditors).
Knowledge and experience in TS/ISO16949.
Writing and speaking in English fluently.
Initiative, ability to drive supplier improvements on all levels, independent working style
Willing to travel 80-100 days pr. Year mainly in China and Asia.
All round technology knowledge and used to work on manager level.
Communicate in all levels in an organization.
Self driving and motivating with a Project manager profile as an example.
Accept reporting personally conditions to local Purchasing Manager and report job content to Supplier Quality Management Manager.
