Job description：


Ability to understand laid down Procurement Policies & Practicese and provide procurement support to clients
Establish appropriate Business Controls in procurement process and to be fully responsible for the compliance with Policies & Practices
Execute Procurement contracts and purchase orders
Procurement measurement report for Client management review upon request.
Support clients on internal and external audit.
Supplier relationship and Management

Operation & Strategic actintivites
Optimize the sourcing of quality candidates to fulfill current Client open demands, and to build pipelines for ensuring that future demands can be met.
With regard to Sourcing Strategy, develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to optimize fulfillment of open demand, including, but not limited to:
Evaluation and selection of supplier as through RFP/bidding as per client demand requirement
Re – alignment of supplier base to technology competencies based on historical performance data and future supply information (updated quarterly)
Conduct analysis and participate in business case development for alternative sourcing models in constrained skill areas, including, but not limited to:
Time & material Projects
Fixed price project arrangements
Supplier sponsored training programs
Global initiatives as appropriately
With regard to Supplier Management Process and Performance Reporting,
supplier measurement process
ability to Revamp historical data to be reported consistent with new process
Collect and report supplier performance monthly
Schedule and lead performance analysis sessions monthly with supplier
Develop and roll out a supplier communication education process
Initiate and implement supply quality improvement measures
With regard to Systems and Tools supporting the Procurement process within Fulfillment,
Support and participate in New tool implementation tools to enhance process efficiency and enhance internal control
Provide input and recommendations regarding implementation strategic tools, and timing for implementation
Lead the implementation of any Procurement specific strategic tools identified in the roadmap
With regard to Process Documentation, with client will:
Validate and document the end to end Procurement process
Collaborate with Fulfillment Executive to integrate Procurement process into the overall Fulfillment process
With regard to supplier rate analysis, negotiation, and formalization,l:
Work with client to validate & analysis regarding supplier cost vs regular employees
Obtain available competitive data/rate benchmark data to assure that client rate structure is competitive
Work with Council team to develop a long range CTO strategy forP rates.
With regard to the overall control environment within the Procurement process,

Review of SOW clauses
Enforce all Procurement Policies, Practicese procedures for ongoing transaction processing, as well as special Procurement activities (Supplier Evaluations, RFPs, etc)
With regard to the processing surrounding the movement of resources into, out of, and within the cleint organization & collaborate with client ( Fulfillment Executive and HR Partner ) to define, standardize, and formalize the processes surrounding the following critical resource movements/reporting:
Onboarding
Deboarding
Resource Tracking
Appraise client management on activities/intiatives which are relevant to the ongoing business & strategies happening in Global Procurement
