Hiring Department: IBM CDL WPLC Quickr Team
We are working on Lotus Quickr, a new Web 2.0-based collaborative content offering designed to enable more effective content sharing and team collaboration, comprises connectors that integrate with popular desktop applications, a rich set of content and team services such as wikis and team blogs, and scalable content repositories to help businesses manage information in a security-rich environment. Lotus Quickr is one of major products of WPLC family and is one of major contributors to the emerging world of Web 2.0 in IBM.
Now we are looking for potential talents for both development and testing.

Location:
DeShi Building,No.9, Eastern Road,ShangDi,HaiDian District(得实大厦)
Responsibilities:
1.Develop Lotus Quickr Connector with Java
2.Develop GUI Automation script with Rational Functional Tester
3.Develop WebService and REST API test case
4.Lotus Quickr Function Verification Testing
Desired Skills and Experience:
1 1+ years experiences in the software development or testing.Strong JAVA/C/C++ programming skill
2. Familiar with Design Pattern, UML and have OOA/D experience.
3 Good experiences at Ajax, Eclipse Plugin, Portlet development is a plus
4 Familiar with WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal is a plus
5 Having good understanding of software development and testing, good experience in project is a nice plus
6 Familiar with Application Server,WebSphere or Weblogic experience is a plus.
7.Experiences with Rational Functional Tester is a plus
8.Experiences with WebService and REST is a plus.
9.Self-motivated, good team worker ,quick learner and with strong problem solving ability
10.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Qualification:
1. Master students in Computer Science or related fields.Graduate date later than 2008/12 is better.
2. 4-5 days available one week for at least six months.
