职位描述/要求： General Summary: Provides administrative and secretarial support to Chief Representative and manager, including office work flow, appointments, data compilation, special projects, and records control. May perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature. Essential Job Functions: Answers telephone, relays messages, and greets visitors. Maintains calendar, schedules appointments. Makes travel and accommodation arrangements. Prepares monthly expense report required for review and approval by supervisor; maintains and balances petty cash fund. Uses Microsoft office system such as word, excel and operates office equipment such as printer, fax machine for daily work. Organizes and compiles information and formats reports, tables, records and other sources of information. Coordinates special projects, events and office activities. Requirements:
