-Cope with sales team in executing customer service, eg: orders & deliveries, inquiries, customer complaints, returns & claims ect. ;
-Set up and maintain customer information & profiles;
-Set up and maintain sales team’s filing system;
-Coordinate sales forecast, stock & production planning with related dept.
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor degree;
-Above 1 year related working experience is preferred;
-Good PC skill;
-Good English, especially in reading & writing;
-Good rules executor with sense of flexibility.
