Job duties:
1.Assist GM in coordinating and interfacing with government officials, UN offi
ces, NY contacts, and others in the preparation of the Harmonious Society Conf
erence.
2.Contacts and follow up with prospective speakers;
3.Invitation preparation and follow up;
4.Perform research work on topics, issues,venues, costs, etc for the project.
Job qualifications:
1.College graduate with concentration in social science ,journalism or philoso
phy from top tier colleges, ie Tsinghua, Beijing , Renming Universities, and o
ther similar colleges;
2.English ability is a must;
3.Self motivated and can work independently with minimum supervision;
4.2-3 years working experience in events planning related work;
5.Good personality and professional appearance;
6.Able to perform reserach work on social issues; able to work alone; complete
assignment on time; responsible and follows direction.
