Office Manager
salary 3,500 – 6,000 per month
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of all secretarial and clerical functions of the ICT(Information and Communication Technology) Support Office, particularly as it relates to procurement. The employee may be required to perform any of the duties and responsibilities listed in the following section.

1. Processes all ICT Office purchase orders in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.

2. Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation associated with ICT Purchase Orders.

3. Assists ICT Help Desk Engineer to ensure the hardware and software inventory is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Assists the Helpdesk team to manage and monitor phone, email requests and help desk tickets for technical assistance from users regarding hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.

5. Performs other duties as directed by the Help Desk Engineer that are not inconsistent with the qualifications and skills required for this position.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Course work or on the job training in secretarial work required.

2. B.A. degree preferred.

3. A minimum of one years’ successful secretarial experience in multinational companies

4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 2000/XP/Vista, desktop and applications.

5. Knowledge of using and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, inkjet and laserjet printers.

6. Strong interpersonal communication skills

7. Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese language

IT HelpDesk Lead Engineer
salary:6,000-11,000 per month


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supervision of Technical Support team members, and HelpDesk daily operations. Insure HelpDesk tickets are assigned for work, and resolved according to SLA.
Provide level 2-3 technical support.
Serve as liaison between Technical Support team and other IT departments to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate computer and peripheral asset inventories. Forecast and plan for future demands.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S. degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
A minimum of two years experience directly supervising an IT team in multinational companies
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Products, Windows 2000/XP/Vista, desktop and applications.
Extensive skills and knowledge, and successful experience in the service, maintenance and repair of desktop and laptop computers, inkjet and laserjet printers and client wireless network systems
Working knowledge and successful experience of Macintosh OS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A+, MCSE or MCDST Certification in desktop support

IT Helpdesk Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



Responsible for performing tasks related to the repair, maintenance and support of PC and Apple iMac client computers and software, peripheral hardware such as laser and inkjet printers, digital cameras, scanners, DVD writeable drives, etc., and network cabling systems. Provides prompt, reliable, and respectful support to users, employing a high degree of customer-service skill and technical expertise while ensuring end user satisfaction.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

a minimum of one years successful experience in technology help desk and/or client technology support in multinational companies.
skills and knowledge, and successful experience in troubleshooting various software applications, hardware, networking and computer related problems
skills and knowledge, and successful experience in the service, maintenance and repair of desktop and laptop computers, inkjet and laserjet printers and client wireless network systems
skills and knowledge, and successful experience on the operations and functions of Windows 2000/NT/XP/Vista
working knowledge and successful experience of Macintosh OS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A+, MCSE or MCDST Certification in desktop support
