Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue from existing clients as well as business opportunities from new potential clients;
2. Provide professional and consultative service to client’s recruitment needs;
3. Prepare sales proposal, provide weekly sales report on major sales, competitive intelligence and sales initiatives;
4. Conduct cold callings, sales presentations and negotiations;
5. Monitor weekly pipeline report for tracking and maintain regular contact with existing clients
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience;
2. Bachelor Degree in any discipline or above;
3. Driven by exceeding targets and confidence to undertake business development mandate;
4. Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment;
5. Excellent presentation and influencing skills and be able to provide advice to clients at all levels;
6. Strong negotiation skills, good analytical skills and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
7. Team player, innovative & creative;
8. Detail-oriented, responsible, resourceful, self-motivated and ability to deal with multi-task effectively;
9. Knowledge of online information services is desirable;
10. Good command of English and preferably in another language
