The Sales Representative provides full support to the sales team for all matters related to customer service (enquiries, order entry, incoming calls, post-sales support).
The position will involve:
- Support the Sales Team by conducting post-sales activities including answering client enquires, placing orders
- Answer client questions on pricing and availability of inventory, and follow up on any shipping or service issues related to placed orders received by fax and/ or email
- Contribute to the development and retention of strong client relationships becoming a knowledgeable point of contract for clients on all post-sale and service issues
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an University graduate
- Be self-motivated, highly organized – able to work independently and in a team
- Have a high degree of computer literacy, proficiency in MS Windows environment, MS Office and collection of information from Internet
- Have strong oral & written communication skills, be detail oriented and organized
- Have English level 6 or above; be able to read English documents and communicate with partners in English emails.
- Have excellent telephone skills
- Be able to speak Cantonese is preferred
