Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and coordinate with logistics suppliers for importation of each shipment;
• Follow up the delivery of each shipment to the stores;
• Prepare shipment status report based on information from logistics suppliers;
• Check logistics costs against monthly Master Files;
• Prepare sales related information for stores;
• Other ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in foreign trade, logistics or related fields;
• Experiences of handling importations preferred;
• Sound computer skills of MS office;
• Good English abilities in reading and writing, fluent spoken English is a plus;
• Willing to learn and adaptive to changes and pressure.
