工作职责：Responsibility:
向数据库中的客户发送电子邮件并维护数据库；
Update client database and send promotion letter to clients
通过电话发展新客户、维护老客户；
Develop new clients and maintain existing ones
回答客户询问、发掘客户需求，销售公开课，并把内训需求转给销售经理；
Answer inquiry, explore training needs, sell public courses, and transfer the in-house needs to sales manager
处理客户报名、付款、退款、延期等事宜；
Handle registration, payment transfer/refund and course delay/cancellation
职位要求：

认真负责，注重细节；
Responsible, detail oriented
有电话销售或者咨询行业经验者优先考虑；
Tele marketing experience preferred
本科学历，经济相关专业，财务或会计专业,考过CPA优先；
Bachelor degree, major in finance or economic related
良好的英文书写及口头交流能力；
Good English communication skill
熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook。
