Responsibilities 1\Responsible for transferring nlight fiber product from company headquarter in USA with engineer team; 2\Statistical data analysis of operational characteristics of nlight fiber product; 3\Identify critical process parameters, initiate and sustain statistical process control to sustain and improve fiber product; 4\Track and improve yields; 5\Disposition material that returned from customers or does not conform to specifications; 6\Be able to write failure analysis report to external as well as internal customers; 7\React to out-of-control conditions by implementing containment and investigating for the source cause of the condition through data analysis; 8\Interface internally with sales, marketing, QA and production staff and external customers; Requirements 1\Requires 1-3 years of working experience in fiber pigtail, connector, lensed fiber product manufacturing or development for Bachelor degree. Master desired; 2\Knowledge in glass plate, prism, lens optical processes desired; 3\Deep understanding of optical fiber, glass, epoxy properties desired; 4\Good spoken and written english communication skills; 5\Design Of Experiment (DOE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) ability desired; 6\Skills in statistical data analysis and be able to generate failure analysis report; 7\Good PC skills (eg. Microsoft Office, etc.) 8\Strong communication & interpersonal skills 9\With team work spirit and responsible attitude 10\Able to working independently and under pressure 11\Be open-minded, self-motivated and quick learner |
