(一)赴微软软件开发工程师
（1）Infrastructure Dev
1、BS/MS Degree in computer science
计算机相关专业本科或硕士学历
2、Solid design skills，Solid debugging skills – especially multi-threading
良好的设计技能，良好的调试技能-尤其在多线程方面
3、Experience with distributed system design，5 years experience in multi-threading
具备分布式计算机系统设计经验，5年多线程经验
4、Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
5、familiar with c#//sql,C++ experience is desirable
熟悉c#//sql，了解C++更好
（2）Feature Dev
1、BS Degree in computer science
计算机相关专业本科学历
2、Solid design skills，Solid debugging skills
良好的设计技能，良好的调试技能
3、1 year experience in multi-threading desirable
最好具备1年的多线程经验
4、familiar with c#//sql,C++ experience is desirable
熟悉c#//sql，了解C++更好

（二）软件测试工程师
1、Bachelor degree or above in computer science related;2+ year experience in software testing;
计算机相关专业本科以上学历，2年以上软件测试工作经验
2、senior level experience is a must Broad knowledge and practice on functional testing, able to design high-quality test cases based on functional spec
在功能测试方面具备宽广的知识面和实践经验，具备设计高质量的测试用例的能力
3、Technical-minded with good passion and sense in testing, proven to be a bug finder and willing to investigate technical issues
具备良好的测试感知力和热情，热衷发现BUG，并乐意研究技术问题
4、Proficient in Window，s system and network; strong trouble-shooting skills
精通windows系统网络，很强的问题解决能力
5、Good communication skills, proficient in reading comprehension and written English, passing CET-6 is a must
良好的沟通能力，熟练的英文听说读写能力，须通过CET-6
6、Proactive, responsible, and team spirit
积极、负责，团队合作精神
Not required but preferred skills:
Able to create and customize scripts used for test automation, familiar with Win Runner or QTP SQL server web services

（三）赴微软软件开发与测试工程师
-who familiar with Windows Server 2003
- familiar with distributed system design
- familiar with networking and IIS server
- strong trouble shooting skills
-have experience to build up lab will be a plus
- Good communication skills
