Current Job Openings:

1) three project based internships

Internships will last for two to three months with the possbility of extending
to a full time position.  Those who have applied previously are welcome to reapply. 

The project is for Australia's largest cosmetics company.  We will need help 
conducting interviews in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu
 

Job Qualifications:

*Current university Senior or about to graduate from a master's program
*No experience necessary but ideal to have some exsperience with a strategy 
consulting firm like McKinsey or Bain.
*Committment to excellence

2) 3-4 full time analysts

Job Description: analysts play an important role on client projects and are

an integral part of the project. Some of their duties include:

*Data gathering from one-on-one interviews, blog and BBS analysis, desk
research,surveys, focus groups, and telephone interviews.
*Working directly with CMR's senior management to analyze data to develop
strategic recommendations for clients.
*Present results of work to clients.

Job Qualifications:

*About to complete or already completed a Bachelor's degree. All majors
are welcome.
*No experience necessary but ideal to have 1-2 years strategy consulting
experience with
McKinsey or Bain.
*Committment to excellence
*Understanding that hard work and dedication is the key to success
*Good at working in a team
*Confident
*Native level Mandarin skills
