与房产代理合作做房产报价
获取房产市场的知识，包括租赁和买卖的流程

Client Services Representative @ Lihong
Lihong Property is seeking young graduates or final year University students. This is a trainee position for future Lihong Property Agents.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree (or final year student);
- Fluent English and native Chinese language skills. Good bi-lingual writing skills;
- Outgoing with excellent people and problem solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare viewing shortlists for Property Agents;
- Assist Property Agents with client services;
- Acquire a good knowledge of the property market including leasing and sales procedures.
We are looking for someone with drive and determination who enjoys dealing with a variety of people. The atmosphere at Lihong is extremely vibrant. The pace is fast, yet every client issue needs to be dealt with professionally. A Lihong Client Services Representative is the face of the company and the quality of service given by us is of paramount importance.
