Job Responsibilities:
Manage the entrance, exit, profiles and labor contracts of employees.
Manage the employee database and provide analysis reports as required.
Maintain the attendance management system by verifying and processing the leave/overtime application forms received against the attendance policy
Handle the foreigners’ visa related affairs.
Translate and classify notices and records
Provide professional support and consultation service to internal employees and clients.
Provide other assistance and support as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in English is preferred.
At least 1 year HR or admin work experience in multinational companies, Internship experience in HR field is preferred.
Good command of Office software and computer proficiency
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken,
Paper translation experience is preferred.
Outstanding communication skills, good problem-solving skills.
Result and detail oriented, positive, high sense of responsibility and capable of working under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and strong learning ability.
