- Good understanding of the telecom industry processes and business architectures, including Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, Corporate Governance, etc.
- Experience in BPR projects
- Experience in developing business cases and doing financial analysis
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the IT environment at the Chinese telecom operators
Experience with international consulting firms preferred
Qualifications
