JOB SUMMARY:
Support Financial manage to provide correct and relevant Financial analysis report for Management decision timely, and make sure all payment are complied to group’s policy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Ensure compliance of payment policies and procedures
a.Insure the payment voucher has enough supporting documents
b.Make sure payment is complied with relevant policy
c.Analyze the rationality of the payment
2.Assist to provide the reports on a timely basis
a.Ensure all sites follow proper procedures and accurate data being collected for the report
b.Consolidate the report of the payment
c.Compare the relativity and accuracy of the data on a timely basis
3.Guide site to set and achieve AOP
a.Help to collect and consolidate annual operation planning for group timely;
b.Support FC analyze the gap between AOP and actual and push sites to achieve AOP onward months.
