Overall Purpose of the Role:
The integrator will acts as the first point of contact for our client. The role of the Integrator team is to validate the required information and to appropriately process all IT requests that is submitted by the client.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations
• Ensure standard processes and procedures are followed by team members
• To conduct in house training for team members as per business needs
• To be the first point of contact for team members
• To prepare daily and monthly reports.
• To take ownership of all escalations and status updates
• To participate in meetings and to work closely with the US RTP team
• Able to liaise with multiple teams to satisfy customer’s requirement
Qualifications/Experience
• Excellent command of English is essential/ Written and Verbal
• Degree/Diploma in Business/Management or its equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work at nights(US working hours) and on Malaysian Public Holidays.
• Competent with Microsoft office, Excel and Word.
Desirable Skills:
• Team player.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Special Requirements: e.g. shift work - lifting – on-call required etc..
• Working hours 7pm to 7am.
