Position Specification:

Be responsible for the management of cash flow and bank accounts.

Basic Accountabilities:
- Perform monthly and annual cash forecast;
- Conduct daily cash status management and review weekly;
- Provide monthly cash flow variance analysis and cash management report;
- Arrange surplus cash investment;
- Handle internal loan and monitor inter-company funds;
- Manage bank accounts within the Group;
- Interact with banks to optimize accounts structure and implement new processes;
- Coordinate banking needs and facilities of the group and maintain relationship with banks and other financiers;
- Interact with managers to standardize cash management processes;
- Ensure that all the manual and routines in treasury department are efficient and streamlined.

1. Quality of Work- To what extent assigned task is completed as compared to expected standards.
2. Productivity - To what extent is the accuracy and speed in meeting established / expected.
3. Job Knowledge - To what extent is the adequacy of education / knowledge of process / technology / procedure to do the job.
4. Attitude toward work - To what attitude is the sense of responsibility for completing assigned tasks & reporting for duty.
5. Initiative - To what extent are assigned duties being carried out & discretion used to overcome complicated problems / unexpected difficulties.
6. Teamwork - To what extent has the employee worked harmoniously with co-workers / supervisors in completing assigned tasks.
7. Communication Skills - To what extent does the employee promote understanding by transmitting all necessary information to internal / external parties.
8. Leadership - To what extent does the employee influence the behavior of co-workers towards positive work attitudes and achieving organizational objectives.

Qualification Requirement:
·Education: College or above
·Experience: Accounting or Finance background
·Language: Capable of reading and writing English material. CET –4 is required.
·Computer Skills: Be familiar with MS-Office
·Other Key Competencies: problem solving, communication, judgment, innovation
