职位名称：主管化学工程师

职位描述：

1． 帮助公司组建一个磁性微球制备的团队。

2． 建立磁性微球制备实验室和生产车间的操作规程和质量控制体系。

3． 作为团队负责人，帮助下属解决实验和生产中遇到的问题。

4． 根据公司对磁性微球不同的需要制备出相应的磁珠。

5． 与公司其他生物技术相关的部门合作实验。

6． 定期向公司总部汇报工作进展，发送报告。

要求：

1． 硕士以上学历，高分子化学，有机化学、表面化学或者胶体化学相关专业。

2． 具备2－5年如下方面的经验：磁性微球研发和生产。

3． 具备良好的沟通能力及丰富的人际关系技巧。

4． 独立，动手能力强。

5． 具备提供多任务解决方案的能力。

6． 流利的英语口语及较强的中英文写作能力。

7． 能够熟练使用计算机办公室常用软件。

8． 工作严谨、认真负责，具有原则性强、良好的职业道德和团队意识。

Responsibilities:

Build a team of magnetic bead chemists

Establish manufacture and QC process for magnetic micro beads

Troubleshoot process and performance issues

Develop novel magnetic beads to meet design requirements

Actively collaborate in a multidisciplinary team on biological assays

Write project plans, reports, and communicate with others in the company



Qualifications Desired:

Requires a M.S. degree in polymer chemistry or organic chemistry, with working knowledge and experience in surface chemistry.

Experience in magnetic beads development and/or manufacture is highly desired.

2 ~ 5 year postdoctoral or industrial experience is desired.

Experience in colloid chemistry is a plus.
