Telemarketing Executive（Temp)
电话行销代表(短期）

Major Accountabilites 主要职责：

· Make initial contact with potential non-DHL account customers and introduce DHL products and service via telephone
· 通过电话实现与非DHL帐号客户的最初接触并向客户介绍 DHL的产品与服务
· Minimum of 45 outbound calls per day
· 每天打出45个有目标的电话拜访
· Generate minimum 8 sales leads per working day to distribute to sales Reps
· 每天要从45个电话拜访中成功筛选出8个以上的销售线索派发给销售人员
· Use non-DHL account customer list and other sales leads to qualify all these leads and distribute to Field sales and Telesales
· 通过对非DHL帐号客户的筛选，将销售线索分配给路区销售和电话销售
· Penetrating heavier shipments market
· 对重货市场进行渗透
· Complete all reporting requirements in a timely manner
· 及时完成各种要求的报告
· Build initial relationship to ensure that each account has good impression on DHL and has desire to co-operate with DHL
· 和客户建立初始商业关系，确保这些客户有购买DHL服务的愿望
· Submit complete information of sales leads to Field sales and Telesales for further penetration
· 将完整的销售线索信息提供给路区销售和电话销售用以深入渗透
· To continually develop knowledge of DHL’s products/services and general commercial awareness in order to improve the ability to influence customer buying behavior
· 不断更新自己关于DHL新产品/服务方面的知识，提高自己的商业敏锐能力，提高影响客户购买行为的能力
· Produce information for management as required in order to evaluate performance
· 在管理层要求时提供相关信息，用来评估业绩状况

· Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
· 良好的电话沟通技能
· Strong marketing techniques
· 优秀的营销技能
· Proactive, persuasive and aggressive
· 主动, 积极, 具有说服力
· Good English
· 良好的英文水平
· Computer literacy
· 能够操作电脑
· Understanding of the language of business practices
· 了解业务常用语言
