Responsibilities:
1. Independently handle all design and operations of website and blog
2. Design an interactive CMS website and its extending layouts and functionalities.
3. Manage the design and adjustment of routine update of the layouts and functionalities.
4. Provide technical support for web system setting and maintenance.
5. Develop and design multimedia materials for presentation and promotion, and manage other online and web-related projects.
6. Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the web operation and performance.
7. Manage day to day web optimization and web marketing campaign with search engines.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in designing CMS programming website with strong proficiency in PHP, HTML is a must.
- Proven internet application, system analysis, and skills at designing Online Shop and Email Sending System are required.
- Proficient in PHP, ASP, HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, MS SQL, MySQL, ActionScript, JavaScript, Database programming.
- Solid understanding of major web and computer graphic design application, e.g. Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, etc.
- Strong visual sense of design and Server skills at Window, Unix and Linux.
- Able to handle projects independently from conceptualization to visual output under tight deadline.
- Fanatical about web programming and design with ability to expand creative horizons to produce projects aesthetically and pragmatically.
- English speaking is a must, Chinese speaking is preferable but not a miust.
- Highly responsible, enthusiastic, creative, hard working with problem solving skills.
