•1 year of software R&D working experience with C++/C#,
•Software Architecture design experience is also required
•Strong coding skills with C++ and/or C# including algorithms and data structures
•proficient in SQL Server, XML, MSDTC, COM+/COM SERVER, Web Services and .net framework
•Acquainted with test methodologies and techniques
•Excellent communication skill in both Chinese & English
•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
