Job Description
* Develop printer service management tools
* Testing
* Documentation
* Provide support to end users
Qualifications
* Working knowledge of HP Printer Lines
* Familiar with remote printer management tools (i.e. webjet admin, SNMP management techniques)
* Knowledge of foundation services (field services supply chain)
* Knowledge of automation techniques (scripting recurring routines)
* Understanding of Active Directory Group Policy as it relates to print objects
* Understanding of ITSM / ITIL
