工作职责：
1、根据客户的需求，设计出符合国际标准的网站界面；
2、完成自己的网页设计，并完成其他的工作；
3、设计出具有新意的作品；
4、完成网络（网站）和传统媒体（印刷和企业形象设计）的项目；
职位要求：
1、 精通Dreamweaver、Photoshop、HTML、CSS、Flash、Actionscript等设计软件；
2、 能开发HTML网页
3、 正规设计院校大专以上学历，有很深的美术功底；
4、 较强的网页美术设计能力和很好的创意理念，极好地把握视觉色彩与网站布局，设计思维国际化；
5、 十分细心，注意细节的把握，富有耐心，善于学习，理解能力强；
6、 活跃的设计思想，对各种网站风格有大量的研究，有自己独到的见解；
7、 有网站设计实践工作经验，具有较强的网站策划，编辑能力，负责过大型门户网站整体设计优先；
8、 能吃苦耐劳，强烈责任心，强烈学习意愿，追求自我发展，具有团队精神，沟通能力良好，按时完成设计任务；
9、 精力充沛，能承受较大工作压力。
10、 能独立完成工作，也能与其他设计师、程序员和客户专员合作完成项目
11、 有与大型国际品牌合作经验的优先

Job Description:
1. Designing world-class, international standard web sites and multimedia campaigns
2. Will create own work and will complete other’s work
3. Able to be creative and apply a lot of creativity to his or her work
4. Will be working both with online projects (web sites) and offline projects (print, corporate identity)
Requirements:
1. Skillful at Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Flash and Actionscript
2. Ability to create HTML pages is a must
3. College graduates from renowned art schools with good art skills
4. Excellent drawing capacity and art sense
5. Be willing to learn; detail-focused
6. Have various design ideas and rich study on websites; have personal points of views on website design and development
7. Have web design experience and strong ability in web planning and editing. Any one who has design experience for large websites will be preferred.
8. Hard working and be willing to learn and improve oneself
9. Energetic and can work under pressure
10. Able to work well individually and in teams with other designers, programmers and account service executives.
11. Work experience with large International brands is a plus
