职位描述：
1，协助人事经理进行新员工招聘工作。
2，负责员工面试、录用及员工福利的办理 。
3，负责员工档案的管理。
具体要求
1，大专学历以上（应届毕业生亦可），具有人事，管理经验者优先。
2，有很好的沟通能力和亲合力；
3，具有很强的责任心和独立开展工作的能力；
4，善于学习新事务；
5，具备良好的英文沟通及电脑操作能力。
