Key qualities
The Researchers of our firm come from a variety of backgrounds and experience. We are always open to considering individuals from a broad range of career backgrounds, however, there are some general requirements that we do look for:
1. Must possess excellent communication skills 
2. Good oral English skills
3. Be a strong team player, customer service focused, detail oriented and work diligently to achieve desired results 
4. Rich extra-curriculum experience will be a big plus

What does a Researcher do:
The role
A researcher is the intermediary between our candidate and our consultant to look for suitable individual seeking a career move. The process has endless variations depending on such factors as the level of seniority, timescale and nature of the assignment.
Broadly, the role of the Researcher is to:
1. Working in partnership with executive search consultant, plan and execute industry and market research 
2. Responsible for candidate research, name generation and initial screening 
3. Producing candidate research reports and statistics 
4. Assist consultant in preparing candidate profiles 
5. Assist in client servicing and coordinating candidate / client interviews 
6. Complete post placement servicing to clients and candidates 
7. Database management
