Job Description
Work with the counterparts in US, to manage development and QA portion of embedded software projects. Ensure that we produce high quality products that enable customers to do more with iQstor and enhance overall customer satisfaction and success.

1.Work with product management, software and hardware development, and professional services to ensure the overall quality of iQstor product line and solution.
2.Manage and coach a group of DEV/QA professionals that includes technical leads and individual contributors.
3.Improve current engineering process to support the growing business.

Qualifications
