Postion1: Sourcing Specialist 采购专员 （照明产品）
Work location: Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park
Responsibility:
－A contractor position based in Shanghai.Manage China and Rest of Asia lighting material/components sourcing projects with close work with counterparties in North America, South America and Europe
* Be responsible for identifying, developing and qualifying suppliers in China and ROA and ensure on-time execution of projects by close cooperation with Asian technology, quality, and EHS team.
* Understand strategies for assigned commodities in Asia and proactively take actions to meet cost, quality and availability objectives.

* Achieve year over year deflation by effectively use e-Auctions and other useful tools
* Good management on suppliers to ensure good quality and services on constant basis.

Qualification:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Purchasing or Material Science; 
* 4-5 years sourcing experience in Lighting, Electronic, Electric Industry; 
* Self-starter and Result-Oriented ;
* Good team player and quick learner;
* Have Passion and "Can-Do-Attitude
* Excellent communication skills and good command on English for both writing & Oral
* Strong negotiation　skills，management skills，Travel and join evening calls ．             

Postion2: Sourcing Specialist 采购专员（工业电气产品）
Work Location: Shanghai or Guangzhou ( Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park or GE Guangzhou Office)
Responsibility:
 Identify and access new suppliers for sourcing opportunities for industrial products throughout Asia
· Drive productivity opportunities with current supplier base to meet deflation target
· Support electronic quoting and bidding process with Asia suppliers; price and contract negotiation
· Sourcing project management
· Supplier performance evaluation and management

Qualification:
 Degree in engineering or business management discipline
· Great desire to develop career in sourcing with world class company
· Knowledge and experience in low voltage & medium voltage  products including circuit breakers, switchgear & transformers etc,  min 3 years working experience in electrical related industry

· Familiar with factory operation, production planning and shipment control
· Analytical, result-oriented, innovative, adaptable, self-motivated and team player
· Knowledge and experience in strategic sourcing 
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
· Hands on personal computer knowledge
· Travel is required
