公司现因工作及人才储备需要，诚聘优秀实习生若干名，具体要求如下：
职位名称：实习生
职位类别：行政助理
工作地点：上海
学历要求：本科及研究生在读，大四及研二，研三学生优先考虑
职位薪金：每天ＲＭＢ５０元起，视具体情况及个人能力而定
工作时间：３～９个月，每周能保证３～４天（整天）工作时间
工作职责：1 协助完成部门日常商务行政工作。
2 参与公司战略制定，信息收集，突发事件解决等各项工作。
3 其他。
技能要求：1 具有资料收集，分析，行业研究能力。
2 具备战略性思维和逻辑思维，卓越的问题分析和归纳综合能力。
3 沟通，团队合作与快速学习能力，具有责任心，抗压能力强。
4 熟练使用各项办公软件。

6英语CET-6，中级口译通过。

With the annual sells surpassing 26292.62 million dollars , Delphi Group of the United States has listed top 253rd in the top 500 of the world（2006）. As a large manufacture of automotive break system concerning with ABC ABS, DRUM BRAKE ASSEMBLY and etc, Delphi (Shanghai) Propulsion System Ltd. has its main customs as GM Shanghai, Opel and so on. Until December 2006, our company’s total capital investment has reached 23.91 million dollars and the staff volume has climbed to 1380.
Due to the consideration of the work load recently, as well as the need of talent reserve, our company is recruiting some excellent interns.
Position: Intern
Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Shanghai
Internship duration: 3~9 mouth, 3 or 4 full days a week at least.
Primary Responsibility:
1. Assist the executives to deal with the daily business and administration work.
2. Involve in the company’s strategy making, information collection, and assist in some emergent or temporary work. ,

Academic Requirements:
Undergraduate or Postgraduate students in reading, 2nd year and 3rd year master degree candidates or senior year bachelor degree candidates are preferred.
Job requirement:
1, Capable to collect information, and to do market research.
2, Strong capability of analysis and summarizing, with strategic and logical thinking.
3, Excellent ability of communication, teamwork and fast learning.
4, Strong commitment and can work under pressure.
5, Well command of office software, such as outlook, excel and etc.
6, With carefulness and patience to deal with daily work and be hard working.
7, CET-6, Intermediate Interpretation required.
Else:
1. Candidates with excellent academic performance and prizes are preferred.
2. Candidates outstanding in English or with a second foreign language are preferred.

Payment:
50 RMB a day basically, can be added under the specific situation or personal ability.
