Position: Software Test Engineer

Responsibility:
 Review product requirement and understand customer requirement and product specification
 Design sufficient and effective test cases for customer requirement
 Setup efficient test environment
 Execute test cases. Explore product defects and raise accurate defect trace.
 Assist developer to reproduce, analyze and fix product defects.
 Provide test summary and test report
 Prepare test script with LoadRunner, QTP and other tools, to do performance and reliability test.
 Investigate and develop appropriate test tools to strengthen test

Qualification:
 Major in Computer Science or Software development/Software test, or equivalent
 At least 3 years or working experience as software developer or tester
 Familiar with product development and test process
 Clear thinking, strong problem analysis and solving ability
 Quick learning ability to new knowledge and technology
 Team working and good communication ability
 Familiar with Windows, Linux Operation System, MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle
 Good English skill in reading and writing
 Experience in working multi-site and multi-nation is a prefer
 Experience in performance and reliability test is a prefer
 Development experience with Java, C++, C#, .Net is a prefer
 Good oral English is a prefer
 Familiar with LoadRunner/QTP is a prefer
