Title: Staffing Intern
Organization
:销售、市场和服务集团 (SMSG) Beijing

For HR Admin Area: (Prefer Full Time Intern)

*Time: For 3 months. We prefer to he/she will work full time or at least 4 days a week.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Interview scheduling;
2. Vendor payment management;
3. Staffing Newsletter management;
4. Staffing Shared Point update;
5. Assist consultants in HR projects

*Requirement:
1. Quick learner, love challenges and working under pressure, patient, detail-orientated.
2. Fluent in both oral and written English.
3. Mature approach to work - able to prioritize and plan effectively.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
5. Good interpersonal/communication/presentation skills.


For HRIS Area: (Part time)

*Time: For 3 months.working 2 or 3 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Support staffing consultants proactive sourcing efforts in sourcing candidates for SMSG vacancies using job boards or internal database.
2. Aid staffing consultants in entering new candidate details into database and coding up resumes correctly. Track shortlist candidate in database.
3. Source candidates for SMSG vacancies through the internet (if applicable)
4. Assist consultants in HR projects.


*Requirement:
1. Have a strong interest in Human Resources and ideally staffing / recruiting.

2. Strong IT skills, experience of Boolean searches or advanced database searching / mining would be a distinct advantage.
3. Quick learner, love challenges and working under pressure.
4. Fluent in both oral and written English.
5. Mature approach to work - able to prioritize and plan effectively.
6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
7. Good interpersonal/communication/presentation skills.
