职位描述：
1、负责公司人力资源规划、管理；
2、负责绩效考核、薪酬设计等工作
3、负责员工招聘、录用、培训及员工福利的办理 。
4、负责员工档案的管理。
具体要求：
-人力资源及相关专业大专学历以上（应届毕业生免），具有人力资源管理经验者优先。
-有一定实践经历，性格开朗活泼，吃苦耐劳，能在压力下工作。
-口齿伶俐，有很好的沟通能力和亲合力；
-具有很强的责任心和独立开展工作的能力；
-善于学习新事务；
-具备良好的公文书写及电脑操作能力。
