French Company known for 25 years as the specialist in softwares applied to the cutting of flat materials, we are European leader in the publishing of CAD/CAM application software for sheet metal manufacturing, cutting and robotics.
To sustain our expansion in China we are now recruiting in our Shanghai office, a Technical Support Engineer.
作为一家对于平面材料切割方面有着25年的专家经验的法国软件公司，开发的CAD/CAM应用软件适用于钣金加工，切割及机器人加工技术，在欧洲一直占据主导地位。
为了中国市场业务的开展，我司已在上海建立办事处，现诚聘技术支持工程师。
Job Description:
The candidate’s responsibilities will be as follow:
- Customer training
- Software customizations programming
- Software installation and deployment
- Customer remote and on site technical support including, needs and issues analysis, maintenance reporting and solution delivery.

Job Requirements:
The candidate should follow the above requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Sciences.
- Programming knowledge (C++, Visual Basic).
- Experience as maintenance or technical engineer in industrial software is a recommended.
- Familiar with CAD/CAM tools is a plus.
