Position: Business Controller and Financial Controller
Property: Full Time

Acts as the business partner of mangers by providing timely and relevant management information to steer business decisions and help to improve overall business performance.
After a 2 months training to get a good understanding of our business, the trainee will progressively take responsibilities at store level or head office.

Responsibilities

Critically reviews the monthly financial statements and prepares management information to help the management team to improve profitability and control costs.

Builds action plans with operation managers in order to improve results, follows up these plans and helps managers on the field.
Prepares financial projections and business planning reports.

Prepares annual budget, incorporating operational budget, cash forecast, revenue forecast and capital expenditure budget.

Develop and implement policies and procedures that significantly improves internal control and safeguard company assets.

PREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree or above
Excellent interpersonal, management and communication skills.
Highly organized with well developed analytical skills and business orientated mind.
Good knowledge in Finance.
Fluency in both English and Putonghua.

Position: Internal Controller
Property: Full Time

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for checking the implementation of company policies & procedures.
2.Responsible for identifying the risk and control.
3.Responsible for reviewing company policies & procedures and defining key checking points.
4.Responsible for internal control reports
5.Responsible for the communication of internal control results and follow up the action plans.

Candidate Profile：

Fluent English on Listening, Written, Speaking and Reading.
Willing to travel frequently
